Comprised of the top 40 trial attorneys who are under 40 years of age, the National Trial Lawyers : Top 40 under 40 organization is exclusively for those who practice civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense law. Membership is by invitation only and is exclusive for those who throughout their young career have demonstrated outstanding trial experience, and stature, along with repeatable influential leadership characteristics. To ensure existing members are maintaining their qualifications and to keep the listing credible and accurate, each membership is reviewed each year, until the candidate reaches 40 years of age. Since 2012 Jason Luckasevic has been consistently included on in the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 for his achievements in outstanding trial experience.
